Jimmy John's is the bomb. But there are just some places that are so much better than others. This location will become home base for you after trying it. I thought all Jimmy John's were the same. I was spoiled. I've gone to other locations and have gotten home with the wrong order -- but never from this franchise. You can often find the franchise owner there working with his sleeves rolled up. He's serious about sandwiches and your experience. I also love the catering from this place. I've been whacked with pizza at too many parties. Time to switch it up and go for a healthier alternative. We've ordered from here several times now. The ordering is easy (and online if you want). They deliver ON TIME. Freshly made. Everyone was happy (kids + adults -- no easy feat). And if you're there just for a sub. Be sure to order the pickle. You'll hear the whole team call out "pickle!" Why not five stars? Not sure I can give any sub shop five stars -- no matter how yummy.

Food is good. I've had particular success with catering orders and large group orders for a group of 50 hungry college students a few times a year. I did have a dine-in experience that was terrible -- the assistant manager and staff complained about other customers while I was still sitting there, which made me uncomfortable (and made me wonder what they would say about me when I left). I complained to corporate at the time and I hope it was resolved, but haven't had a reason to dine-in since.

Wrong sandwich, every time ! A good example of a sandwich shop that they don't know what they're doing.

I ordered two large party platters of their regular sub sandwiches. The bread was fresh and wonderful and there was lots of fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The problem was that there was almost no meat! I called after the party and asked how much meat they put on the full sub which they cut in thirds for the party platter. The total meat on the whole sub is 2.5 ounces as "determined by corporate". I f you want to pay a lot of money for bread and lettuce, this is your place.

Been here a few times now and they've never disappointed. There's this manager that often works the helm and to me resembles the King of Mississippi. That's a True blood reference, BTW. The king is on the job. One instance, we were at the head of the line and they were in the process of training a new employee. She had a designated trainer with her as she took orders and rang up receipts. By the time we were finished with the exchange of the order process and payment, the King would've already made the sub and passed it along the chain to be wrapped. Not a minute has passed and we're seated with our subs. That's fucking awesome convenience.

I always order delivery and without exaggeration, they really are freaky fast. Their online ordering is very intuitive and you can customize your sandwich in every way possible. My food has been made perfect every time and fills me up so much I can barely finish it all at times. Definitely a winner.
